Hilton Hotels Corporation has entered into a business relationship with Dalian Wanda Group, a China-based real estate developer. This strategic relationship is an outcome of Dalian Wanda Group’s ambition of making an impression in China’s hotel industry. Dalian Wanda Group will develop and own the properties while Hilton Hotels Corporation will manage five hotels on behalf of the subsidiaries of Dalian Wanda Group. These five hotels will be the Conrad Sanya Haitang Bay and Doubletree by Hilton Sanya Haitang Bay on Hainan Island, the Hilton Nanjing, the Hilton Dalian and the Conrad Dalian.
